A biography of a speaker at the South West Housing Event

Judith Wayne

Judith Wayne, BA, MPHIL, FIH is an Assistant Director with Tribal. She has worked in housing for nearly 30 years. Her particular areas of interest are: national policy advice and development, resident involvement, organisational effectiveness, sustainability and social inclusion, housing asset transfer, and housing management. She has extensive experience of involving users and stakeholders in policy and operational activities. Judith provides consultancy advice and project management services to a range of organisations in the UK and abroad. She worked in local government for ten years prior to moving to the Chartered Institute of Housing as the inaugural Director for Wales and the South West where she was responsible for the development of policy, education and training. Judith has provided consultancy advice for over twelve years. Since April 2007 she has led the development of Tribal's services to residents, the InSTEP tenant training, information and advice service.
