Malcolm Worby
Malcolm Worby – studied at Bristol Polytechnic in the UK and has had his own award-winning architectural design firm for over 25 years specialising in natural, sustainable, and environmentally-friendly building. This includes passive and active solar heating and cooling, photovoltaic's, wind turbines, grey water recycling, and rainwater harvesting. He has designed buildings in various parts of the world including the USA, UK, South Africa, Mexico, and the Netherlands, and has worked on low income natural building projects in South Africa, Malawi, and the USA.
Malcolm Worby Designs is an award-winning firm that specialised in designing innovative custom houses and buildings for over 25 years and currently provides design and building consultation services with an emphasis on using natural, environmentally friendly and sustainable materials, products and technology wherever possible.
Established in 1980 the various different projects designed by Malcolm Worby include custom residences varying in size up to 12,500+ sq. ft., townhouses, apartments, various hotel projects, restaurants, shops, small office buildings, building additions, renovations and natural, sustainable, environmentally friendly homes for the poor and homeless.
