A biography of a speaker at the South West Housing Event

Patsy Wallace

Patsy has over 30 years experience of working in the public and not for profit sectors. She has been a freelance consultant for the last 11 years and numbers many housing organisations amongst her clients. She has worked as a senior manager in Local Government, leading multi-disciplinary teams through periods of change and growth. As a consultant she has worked with a wide range of organisations, facilitating cross-directorate and multi-agency groups, supporting them in undertaking complex tasks and decision making.

Patsy specialises in business analysis and organisational development and has worked with partnerships of all types to set objectives and develop practical strategies to achieve them. She is an experienced facilitator and coach and has worked in this capacity on programmes led by the National Housing Federation and the Improvement and Development Agency. She is also a member of the Browns Group.
