A biography of a speaker at the South West Housing Event

Stephen Homer

Stephen Homer is a Solicitor and Partner in Ashfords' Construction Department. He is a Member of the Association of Partnering Advisers and advises registered social landlords, local authorities, developers and other public and private organisations on the legal aspects of construction projects. This led to one of Stephen’s Clients being awarded Beacon Status for Rethinking Construction by the then Office of the Deputy Prime Minister. He was also a founding member of Constructing Excellence South West. Stephen has many years experience of advising on the NEC suite of contracts as well as other partnering contracts.
