Stuart Brookes

Stuart joined Signpost Services in 2003 to lead their maintenance division. Signpost Services employ 220 operatives delivering over 100,000 Responsive, Planned and M & E maintenance orders to the Spectrum Housing Group and other external Social Housaing providers across the South West. Since joining Signpost Services, Stuart has assisted in securing external business valued at circa £50m and assisted in increasing Signpost's annual turnover from £11m pa to projected 2009/10 turnover of £23m pa. Within the last 12 months Signpost Services have been given numerous awards for excellence of service. Signpost Services have now been relaunched under the banner of Spectrum Property Care.
