The Options
Exhibition space
Generally
Exhibition spaces are nominally 3m wide x 2m deep. Exhibitors must make their own arrangements in advance for equipment, although the contractor employed at the arena can assist, if contacted in advance. (Warwick Corporate Events, 0845 351 0392, e-mail exhibitions@wce.co.uk). Exhibition space is charged at £450. In addition VAT is chargeable to this, and other prices quoted on this page.

Accommodation
We have a range of options. These are shown below.
For those who wish to travel daily, we provide tea, coffee, and lunch at £85 per person per day (option B/C) and for those who wish to book accommodation, we offer a special overnight stay to include room, dinner, breakfast, tea, coffee, lunch, as provided to the delegates, in the Palace hotel at a fee of £250 per person (option A). Exhibitors on option A can also book for the Wednesday night at a cost of £75 and for those on option B/C you can also book dinner on Thursday for £65. The above options are limited to two persons per exhibitor, and are not transferable. Further reservations may be made as a delegate from the delegate section of this site.
Vehicle parking
Parking is at a premium on this site. Exhibitors must make their own arrangements for parking of their vehicles during the conference.
Sponsorship
Many companies like the opportunity to publicise their products or services more widely than they can achieve through an exhibition stand alone. This can range from "advertising" items included within delegate packs to sponsorship of some major aspect of the conference. If you are interested in such options, please contact us.
