Shirley Davies

Joining Westlea in 2006, as well as being a member of the senior management team, Shirley leads a department of over 90 staff who deal with neighbourhood housing and involvement, income management, supported housing and customer excellence. Shirley and her team have developed an exciting and innovative range of partnerships to put residents at the heart of their communities, including a recognised model of best practice for a residents business plan.

Westlea aims to be an excellent housing provider, an excellent partner and an excellent employer with a focus on customer care, resident involvement, service excellence as well as continuous improvement.

Prior to Westlea, Shirley worked for a range of RSLs across the south of England in a variety of neighbourhood housing roles. Shirley's career in housing began working for housing consultant, Rodney Dykes then obtaining a BA (Hons) in Housing from Bristol Poly (now UWE).
