South West Housing Event
This site provides details about the premier conference and exhibition in the social housing sector in the south west of England. It is held in April of each year, in the beautiful coastal resort of Torquay. This site will grow as the coming year's conference nears, with further detail for both potential delegates and exhibitors.

Our next Event will be held on 6, 7 and 8 April 2011.
The Event
The annual event is the principal opportunity for all housing professionals and those working in related fields, to get together in the South West of England. The event is the largest such gathering in the region's housing calendar, and attracts 45 exhibitors, nearly six hundred delegates who hear over 20 guest speakers talk on the widest range of topics available. The Event has been over subscribed for the last five years!
The Venue
The Palace Hotel is the centre of this event. It offers a wide range of accommodation and various sporting facilities, set in beautiful grounds. The exhibition and all of the principal sessions are held in one large hall, bringing delegates and exhibitors together for most of the working day. The event includes hotel accommodation and evening entertainment, bringing delegates and exhibition staff together once again, in less formal surroundings.
The "Other" Housing Event
In 2008, for the first time, we held a second event, specifically for practioners, in October. We have a special "micro-site" dedicated to this conference.
